Advanced FMECA Method Based on Intuitionistic 2-Tuple Linguistic Variables and the Triangular Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

چکیده

Failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) is a commonly adopted approach to defining, assessing, reducing possible failures in designs, systems, processes, products, services. Traditional FMECA ranks the failure modes of products based on risk priority number (RPN), which obtained by multiplying elements. Conventional has shortcomings badly handling unknown information unreasonably assessing RPNs. To deal with these issues, an advanced method intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic variables (I2LVs) triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (TFAHP) proposed. In this method, evaluation elements given different members represented I2LVs, can efficiently handle information. The TFAHP assess weights risky rank priorities modes. Finally, application case insulated-gate bipolar transistor used verify effectiveness robustness proposed method.
